Red lives on the water right past Waimea Bay. When you arrive we will greet you and introduce ourselves as well as talk story about what we will be doing. Then we go out and pick or gather the flowers. The Goddess shoots are ceremonial. You pick flowers and then we go into the dressing area where we will figure out what costume to put on you. It is fabric that we pin and turn into magic. You are then dressed up and flowers are put in their proper places (either we make a lei or pin it to you or put them in your hair or all of the above). Then we walk in front of where Red lives and take pictures in the golden light before sunset. We will shoot until we get the shot and then enjoy the sunset over the water. You will look through some of the pictures, work on one or two if there is time and he will send you a few. We will say our goodbyes. You will leave with a gentleness in your heart and a smile on your face. See more of Reds work on insta @redmahan @anisa808

Red spent a good amount of his life sailing the seas. He has stories galore! When he set foot on Oahu he didn't want to live or be anywhere else. He has so much knowledge about the island and can tell you about nearly every plant you point to. He has eaten and enjoys almost any fruit you have never heard of. Photography and art have been with him on all of his journeys and now he enjoys showing women their true self through the lens of a camera. All of his shoots have an element in them as that is what he believes we need to heal, women and the elements. Insta gram @redmahan @anisa808
Red has many spots in front of his house that provide amazing settings for the shoots. Rain usually means rainbows but it is all dependent on the weather and water conditions and sunset.

Come and see our tranquil space we have created. We do some basic stretching, check out the garden, and get in a sensory deprivation tank. Give your body the rest so it can do what it already knows how to do. Float. If you're here to surf, your muscles need some recovery: get in the tank. If you're here to relax, give your flight or fight response a break: get in the tank. If you're here for fun, allow yourself to visualize and lucid dream, have a sober high: get in the tank.

You'll arrive at the home we share together and we will prepare you to have an epic float. We will start off with setting a clear intention, talk story about what floating is, check out the fruit trees (whatever is in season in our yard), and do some very basic, simple yoga/stretching. All of this will just help to help you to go deeper in your float session. The intention sets the tone and the yoga really helps to allow your body and mind to quiet. I will hold the space for you to get in the tank and use it towards whatever intention you need right now. If you're here to surf, your muscles need some recovery: get in the tank. If you're here to relax, give your flight or fight response a break: get in the tank. If you're here for fun, allow yourself to visualize and lucid dream, have a sober high: get in the tank.
BENEFITS OF FLOATATION THERAPY INCLUDE:
*Chronic Pain
*Insomnia & Sleep Issues
*Stress Management
*Meditation & Visualization
*Sports & Muscle Recovery
*Jet Lag
*Mental Health
