Experience the best of the Big Island's natural beauty on a full-day private tour with an experienced guide. Explore Hawaii's active Kilauea volcano, lush tropical valleys, mystical waterfalls, and scenic coastlines with black sand beaches. Enjoy the flexibility to spend more time in locations that interest you most on this customizable adventure on the Island of Hawaii.

As a private tour, you may opt to customize the tour and spend more time at the places of your interest.  Perhaps you want to spend more time visiting the waterfalls, stepping your toes into the black sand, and feeling the heat of the volcano, we can make it happen!

Our classic circle island tour would include a morning pickup from your Hilo area hotel or the Hilo airport on the Big Island. Begin your day with a drive through historic downtown Hilo to Wailuku River State Park to view the majestic Rainbow Falls, well known for the early morning rainbow cast in the mist of the waterfall.

Continue north along the coastline to Akaka Falls State Park. Your guide takes you on an easy 15-minute hike to two gorgeous waterfalls. Walk a paved path that winds through lush rainforest with wild orchids, bamboo and ferns to the 100-foot-high (30-meter) Kahuna Falls. Just around the bend, marvel at Akaka Falls, which tumbles 442 feet (135 meters) into a stream-carved gorge.

After seeing the waterfalls, hop back in your private car for a drive up the coast to the Waipio Valley lookout. Take in stunning views of the Waipio Valley's sheer 2,000-foot (610-meter) cliffs and stretches of black sand beach. The valley was sacred to Hawaiian royalty and featured in many Hawaiian legends and folklore.

Next get a good look at the ranches, cowboys and cattle of paniolo country as you travel through Waimea and on to the South Kona coffee belt corridor. Stop for a refreshing break while tasting 100% pure Kona coffee and a take a guided tour of a locally owned and operated farm that has been in production since 1850.

Head south around the island, through the southernmost town in the United States and make a stop at the beautiful Punalu'u black sand beach where you will find Hawaiian green sea turtles basking in the sun or feeding along the shoreline.

Culminate your day with a visit to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park with a visit to the active Kilauea volcano where lava is brewing just below the crater floor. Take a short walk through the rainforest, step inside a 500 year old lava tube and feel the heat from volcanic steam vents as you explore the wonders of one of the world's most active volcanoes.

Throughout your tour, hear informative commentary about the sights and history of Hawaii. Your guide provides snacks and bottled water, and recommends local restaurants where you can purchase a delicious lunch. At the end of your tour, your guide returns you to your hotel in Hilo.

More than just an adventure, this educational tour takes you into a world that few can ever experience. The open ocean world of sharks!
We take you three miles off shore, where you can observe Galapagos and Sandbar sharks in their natural environment from the safety of a floating cage. No scuba experience is necessary, you enter the cage from above and stay on the surface using a mask and snorkel. Large Poly Glass windows let you peer into the open ocean and watch the sharks as they glide gracefully through the deep blue. To be in the presence of such awe inspiring animals will change the way you see sharks forever.

Our Shark Vessel "Kainani" departs Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor on Oahu's North Shore daily. We motor out to International waters, 3 miles off shore to the shark grounds. For the next hour and a half we share the excitement and our knowledge of the sharks of the famous North Shore.

Upon arrival to the shark grounds the first guests get in the cage. The water here is over 600 feet deep and crystal clear. The view is incredible. Just getting in is a bit of a thrill. Once in the cage, the big Poly Glass windows are nearly transparent, so when that 10 foot long Galapagos shark presses his nose against the glass, it looks like he is coming right on in. Not to worry though, he’s not getting in. In fact, press your nose against the glass, and you will be just one quarter of an inch away from the business end of one big shark!

In addition to the Galapagos sharks, Sandbar sharks are our other common visitors. Both of these sharks are very curious, completely unafraid and come very close to the shark cage. Sometimes we see as many as 30!

There is absolutely no diving experience required for this veritable shark diving fest. But just because everyone can do it, doesn’t mean the experienced diver will be bored. Far from it! From underwater pros to people who have never even been in the ocean, our adventure is for everyone!

Many of the major networks such as Animal Planet, Discovery Channel, and National Geographic have all featured your local tour operator in their programming. We have a proud reputation to help educate people worldwide about sharks.

Once the shark viewing has been completed, enjoy your boat ride back to Haleiwa. You may choose to self drive or will be taken home by transportation, based upon the tour option that you select at the time of checkout.

A private tour of Kauai’s Waimea Canyon provides closer views of nearby waterfalls than bigger coach tours can access. You'll enjoy great photo ops of Waipo'o Falls, admire a beautiful vista at Kalalau Lookout and visit Poipu Beach Resort to see Spouting Horn. Then end your day trip with the showstopper: Wailua Falls. With a knowledgeable private guide, you'll also visit attractions like the Menehune Fishpond, Kauai Coffee Company and Captain Cook Landing. Enjoy comfortable round-trip transport by private minivan from Lihue, and make a stop to buy lunch.

*Price displayed is based on a party of four to six passengers

Departing Lihue by private minivan, your full-day tour is led by a private guide who will tell you about Kauai's history and culture throughout the day; feel free to ask any questions you have about the local politics or economy.

Make your first stop at the Menehune Fishpond, where you'll learn about the mythical Menehune people and discover rare features of the pond, built on a freshwater river rather than the ocean shoreline. Next, head to the Kauai Coffee Company, the largest coffee plantation in the country, with four million trees on 3,000 acres (1,214 hectares). At the visitor center, sample a variety of coffee, and then take a short tour through rows of coffee trees to learn about the harvesting and drying process. Back at the gift shop, you can taste roasted coffee beans dipped in chocolate and purchase coffee to take home.

Leaving the plantation, drive through historical Hanapepe, the model for the town featured in the animated Disney movie Lilo and Stitch. Pass by restored buildings now occupied by art galleries, and then continue toward Waimea town. Your guide takes you past the Russian Fort Elizabeth, established in 1815, before stopping at the statue of Captain James Cook, which marks his first landfall here.

Make your way up the mountain to Waimea Canyon, stopping for a photo op at a viewpoint on the way. From the canyon entrance, enjoy a panoramic vista that includes private Niihau Island, and then continue up the road to view Waipo'o Falls, where you can pose for pictures with the waterfall behind you.

Your next stop is Kalalau Lookout, which boasts views (weather permitting) of the magnificent cliffs of Kalalau Valley extending to the Pacific coastline far below. As you head back down the mountain, arrive at the once-thriving sugar-plantation town of Kekaha, and drive along Hawaii’s longest beach, which extends 15 miles (24 km).

Stop at a local diner for a Hawaiian barbecue lunch (own expense), or ask your guide to make other recommendations. After lunch, you’re taken to Poipu Beach Resort to see the Spouting Horn, where ocean waves enter a lava tube and create a geyser up to 100 feet (30 meters) in the air. You can also observe sea turtles in a cove.

Pass by Mt Waialeale on the way to your final stop of the day, Wailua Falls, which you may recognize from the opening credits of the TV show Fantasy Island. Admire the eye-popping sight of the twin waterfalls cascading 80 feet (24 meters) into the stream below before arriving back in Lihue, where you day trip ends.

The LOST and Movie tour gives unique insight into the filming locations of LOST, famous Movies and Hawaii Five-0. The main focus of all tours is LOST.  We offer 3 tours that explore different parts of Oahu and the filming locations associated with them. Tours include the North Shore, South Shore, and Circle Island Tours. The North Shore Tour focuses on LOST beaches and the Dharma Village.  The South Shore Tour is a well rounded tour offering LOST and Movie locations where the very best in Oahu scenic beauty abound and is especially good for photography.  The Circle Island Tour is our best value, for those with an entire day to devote to LOST & Movie touring and combines the best locations of North and South Shore Tours, plus the beautiful Byodo Temple and culturally significant Waimea Valley and waterfall.  Tours are always small group and often private tours, conducted in our new "Dharma Van" a 2017 Mercedes Metris or Hummer H2's with professional guides.

South Shore Movies - Elvis in Blue Hawaii, John Wayne in Big Jim McClain and In Harm's Way, 50 First Dates, Pirates of the Caribbean, Journey 2, Tora, Tora, Tora and the new Jurassic World.  Includes LOST, Hawaii Five-0 and Magnum PI.

North Shore Movies - Karate Kid II, 50 First Dates, Elvis - Paradise Hawaiian Style, Tora, Tora, Tora, Pearl Harbor and Forgetting Sarah Marshall.  Includes mainly LOST locations.

Circle Island Movies - All movies listed for South and North Shore and is heavily LOST focused.

The Circle Island Tour is a nice combination of the North and South Shore Tours, but does not include the downtown area or Pali Lookout.  It includes entry to the Byodo-In Temple and Waimea Valley and Waterfall, a historically and culturally significant area of the island, where some important LOST scenes were filmed.

All tours are heavily LOST focused and include many stops to actually walk the ground where your favorite episodes of LOST were filmed.
All tours are unique and can be customized due to the small group size of each tour.  The South Shore Tour has exceptional scenic beauty and includes downtown historic sites and is our only tour covering the Pali Lookout and downtown area.  It is a blend of more Movie locations plus LOST and Hawaii Five-0.  The North Shore Tour is primarily LOST with several Movie and Hawaii Five-0 locations

We are the only Hummer Tour Company on Oahu and all tours are conducted in Hummers.  We limit the size of each group to a maximum of 6 people, usually 4 adults and two children, unless one group specifically asks for 6 adults.  However, we normally conduct private tours or small groups of 4, therefore, we customize each tour to meet our guests specific interests.

Bring your family and enjoy the best surfing experience Waikiki can offer! The Family Package is an affordable way to have the whole family surf together while keeping it safe and fun! Our instruction is customized to all ages and skill levels. With our new, high-quality boards, reef shoes and rash-guard shirts, instruction and video-viewing in our luxury Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van, and best-in-class, professional surf guides, we provide the ultimate family surfing package.

Develop hidden talent. Strengthen the bonds between families. Encourage personal discipline. And do it all through a simple but exhilarating connection with the ocean environment. There are few activities that offer genuine life-changing experiences for the entire family quite like surfing.

To start off your family package, we pick you up! Our friendly staff will meet you at one of our convenient hotel pick-up locations. You’ll be stoked to ride in our air-conditioned, clean, easy-to-spot, orange-and-black "surf school bus." We will then shuttle you to one of Waikiki’s best surfing spots located just outside of the foot traffic.

Once by the ocean, you’ll prepare in the comfort of our Mobile Command Center, a brand-new, luxury, custom Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. You’ll watch our safety video and talk about surf conditions. We’ll talk about your previous experience, swimming strength or any other concerns or conditions. We'll discuss what you hope to experience on the water and how our time together fits into your learning curve for surfing. Finally, we gear you up with reef shoes and rash guard shirts and have you walk your lesson boards (new and high quality) to the beach.

When we get to the sand, we conduct our land lesson. We’ll walk through the basics of the surfing experience and then have you practice a few times before you get into the water. If you have mastered the basics or progressed in your surfing, we will instead work on the next step in your training. When you’re comfortable and ready, we leash ourselves to the board and into the water we go!

Our expert surf instructors have over 75 years aggregate experience. We chose coaches who are not only good at surfing but who have a passion for teaching. Our surf guides have spent hundreds of hours learning our instruction method so that you will can continue to learn every time you join us, regardless of instructor or your skill level. We will help you learn the fundamentals or help you to level up some specific aspect of your surfing. Safety is our top concern. All our instructors are CPR certified and most hold blue cards. For families, we always have a minimum of two instructors in the water with one acting as a cameraman. While safety comes first, our team is also totally focused on helping you have an unforgettable experience - one that brings the aloha back to surfing.

After the lesson, retreat to the shade of our on-site tent to relax, hang with our instructors, or enjoy the perspective of watching the waves you have just been riding! When ready to go, we will take you back to our Mobile Command Center, so you can check out your awesome efforts (photographs and videos). You can commemorate your day with some swag for yourself or friends. Finally, we drive you back to your drop-off location.
